Those are hard to find too.  I don't think I've ever seen any at a swap meet.

Yep, I jump on them when I can find them. They are good pieces. I've heard rumors that it is nothing more than body side molding. But I have yet to find a manufacturer

I have not come across those inserts yet either.  Would love a set of those on a black interior.  Looks really slick.

Isn't there orange inserts out there also.  But much harder to find than the standard grand coupe red inserts.

Standard gran coupe is wood grain, I collect those too. Red was the only other option but only available with the black houndstooth interior. They are really hard to find.
