I am missing the Holley 4782 center Carburetor ...........  PM Prices or information....

No problem , Scott Smith Harms might be able to restore it for you or using parts from yours you should be able to build a working carb using the main body & metering block  & which ever has the better base plate

I still think it's money better spent to revert back to the original style carbs  :alan2cents: the 4782 set-up requires custom fuel links and linkage etc...
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

I have been thinking about both options

Having run & tuned both I far prefer the full mechanical Direct Connection carbs

From what I have read, if I am going to drive it, which I am.....then the mechanical is the way to go with the manual.....  If I want to restore it, then it is obvious to go with the OEM

Yes true, I will be updating the fuel lines and making sure the linkage is refreshed......
