Need a passenger side door latch mechanism for 1973 Challenger

I've been looking for a functioning passenger side door latch mechanism for quite a while. I'm starting to worry that my project is going to be finished before I ever find one. I have my old one but the spring is so worn out the release won't fall when the latch is pressed. Since the whole unit appears riveted together I don't think they're rebuildable.

Unfortunately the three that are listed on eBay have the same issue mine has. The spring that releases the latch is worn out.
