Looking for a original set of belt molding clips. I have a very nice set of original belt molding but no clips.  Apparently the after market clips wont fit original trim.any help?

If you find anything that works let me know. They dont make them and they are very expensive when you can. I was going to fab up something

Just for reference, there are three different clips used on the 1970 Challenger. Here's what they look like, ignoring the two with the nuts. Original clips are basically impossible to find. Good luck with your search.

Can someone post a picture of originals please so I know what to look for

Yes. Little posts and then a hole at the rear of the door

These are what you want. Originals were made of hens teeth for a while but these are a fairly new reproduction. I would stay away from used originals because they tend to be brittle and wear thin losing their clip ability :alan2cents:

R/R Specialties seems to have the best ones out there not perfect but better than the junk I've seen other people sell and use...

Tom at R/T Specialities is the one that had them made I believe, they should have them on their web site, that's where I stole the picture from. :alan2cents:
