Those same nuts came on an RT emblem I bought from Vans Auto. I'll email you a picture to make sure it's right. Maybe they have lots.

Do you have many old ones that are worn? It might be worth a few minutes trying to remove the pressed in cap and maybe replace it with commonly available nuts? Just a thought seeing how hard these seem to be able to find?

Okay, so I took Floyd's advice and bought 100 of the B-12967 from AMK.
YES...they are self-cutting, but NOT the right size, unfortunately they may be good for some emblems or something, but the will NOT fit the side marker lights, so the hunt continues...

They can be made using an existing 1/8 inch acorn nut with the 7/16 hex and the #10 HX Flng stamped nut. The diameter of the base is slightly smaller
Better than nothing. It takes a drill, chisel, 7/16 deep socket and a vise The one on the left is OEM the one on the right is the cross breed
