That is about what I have seen.
A little on the higher end if the condition is good or if they have been restored...a little less with worse condition or missing pieces.
The lug wrench is also a piece that is frequently wrong.  There were so many lengths, an actual e-body length can be difficult to find.

I think the fact that once it is installed in the car many of the pieces are hard to check if they are absolutely correct.
