Looking for Service Bulletin

Hi, Im looking for a Service Bulletin for 1970 and 1971 Barracuda and Challenger
Dated 10-9-70,  Bulletin number 1918
Body and sheet metal fender to cowl top attachment failure.
Someone posted a picture of it on one of the e body sites but it was not
the complete document.

Very interesting article. Now it makes sense that on some of the cars I have seen and owned explains why you see welds on these parts as explained in the bulletin .
