Challenger RT/SE 2 Fender tag or something else? (2 images attached)

Hey guys, i am trying to guess what this holes are.

I know there is 1 fender tag holes but the others i cant figure it out.

Can you help me?

It is a challenger 1970 RT/SE

Blue circled holes are for the fender tag.
Lowest red circled hole (in the photo) is for an AC hose clamp. Car must have AC?
Other small holes are stamped in and probably are for welding alignment.

Agree the orange circled hole is for an a/c line clamp and 2 blue holes drilled out are for first fender tag. If car had second tag then I believe the third circle would be drilled for it. 3 red dimples above that are for a cruise control bracket when equipped. Since they appear to be not drilled out, no cruise.
