After seeing ec-co's 3D printed tags I thought about doing something and would like some input. The picture is what I came up with and what I know the car originally came with. It's a pretty basic 1970 Barracuda convertible.

Things I don't know:
Would it be a 2,3 or 4 row tag? Would the codes be in a row or have blank spaces between some? What position would they be in?

Would collapsible wheel (W34), power steering (S77), front sway bar(S31) be on it. It also had a manual left mirror (?) and probably regular hubcaps (?).

I tried to find samples of a low optioned tag, here and on the web without any luck. So, any info from the board's experts would be appreciated. TIA

John. It looks like tags are printed from the bottom up. When I first got my car I studied it while going through the order pages. I looked at groups to see what was in each one to see if that fit what my car has/had. That was how I determined my car had A01. Then I looked at A04. It didn't fit that group. I contined from there but I would never have all of the numbers or codes. I could come close. I had a totally wrong one made for mine from a guy on FB. It just says "special order". The next line reads "non-production vehicle". On the bottom line it has the VIN on the RH side. I did it just for fun :) It's been to a couple of show where it does strike up a conversation. I painted it car colour.....Joe

My car just came with what I posted & edited onto the image. Factory things have been changed and added to the way I liked. I get people saying, "your car's pretty highly optioned" and I'm forever telling what it actually was built as and what's changed. The 3D tag will help with that. I want the top 2 lines that are on the image printed on it as well.
