Hi,
New to this site. Looking to selling my 70 Challenger and looking for opinions on a fair selling price. Car is a 383 auto. There is no build sheet or fender tag. I have owned this car since 2011 and have put less than 1 mile on the car since owning it. Yes that is correct. Less than a mile. Its a long story. Almost everything on the car was replaced just prior to me buying it or shortly after I purchased it. I purchased this car in Texas and was told that the car was originally from Arizona.  What does it need? I would replace the driver and passenger door panels, the power steering pump is incorrect for the car but I do have a new replacement, The power steering box should be replaced as the steering is extremely soft. There is a quarter size ($.25) orange peel on the hood. The vinyl top was poorly done and does have a few bubbles on it.

Thanks in advance for your input.

Steve

Is it in running/driving condition or has it not run in 7 years

Looks like it's a pretty nice car.  Anyone that will be looking to buy it is going to want to know why you haven't been able to drive it?  Does it run and drive okay?

Cdnchallenger

The car is running and driving.

There are items under the hood and interior which would either lower the price or push purists away from the sale.

I'd say somewhere around the mid 30's.

1970 Cuda clone 440 4 speed FJ5

Purists are not going to consider any car without a fender tag and BCS, this car is an excellent candidate for the "Jump in a drive" crowd....or even the "hey lets put in a modern Hemi" crowd....I agree with mid $30's USD

I have been in contact with the owner of this Challenger for a couple of weeks...he emailed me this evening to let me know he does have a signed ownership from the previous owner and intends to have registration in his name for it by next week.
