340 X-Heads , 70 340 exhaust manifolds

What's the going rate for these 2 items:

1) 340 X-heads, currently on running motor. 
2) 70 340 HP exhaust manifolds, also on running motor.  The choke butterfly has been removed from passenger manifold, holes tapped and bolts installed.
