Anything unique about T/A Challenger grill?

I bought this grill back in the 80's.

The seller was parting out a bunch of Challengers including a few T/A's.

I'm not sure but I think this grill came out of one of the T/A's.

The paint is original on the grill.

Is there anything that would identify it as a T/A grill?

What are original 70 Challenger grills selling for these days? This one is nice, (not perfect)

Thanks.

The grille used on a Challenger T/A was same as the grille used on an R/T with the exception there is only a Challenger emblem installed on the grating but no R/T emblem.
If there are no witness marks from a R/T badge on the grille then it might well have come off a T/A.  Either way, it isn't worth any more than a grille removed from a R/T.

Got it.
So basically a 1970 Challenger grill is worth the same no mater what model Challenger it came off of as the grill paint can be stripped and painted whatever color or texture is needed.

....and the reproduction ones really hurt the resale demand and value :'( ....you have a nice piece there, at least $500 I would think  :dunno:

I haven't seen a reproduction 1970 grill yet, how is the quality and fit?

I've installed six of them so far, no complaints  :dunno:
