When I bought my TA recently it had the rear interior panels with the ashtrays. Am I correct these are for 71 as I don't recall seeing them in a 70.
What are these worth as if they are for 71 I'll have to get some originals or the repop ones.
Both are in excellent shape with no cracks/chaulking.

Ashtrays came with deluxe interiors like leather or houndstooth in 1970 as well as 71
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

If you replace them, make sure that you get the correct ones. They came with two different upper screw hole patterns.

Thanks Alan, I wasn't aware of that. Good info to know!
I love houndstooth interiors.

My '71 with leather seats has them.  And of course it also has the console with an ash tray mounted in the rear part.  I guess if back in the day one had 3 chain smoking very short friends, they could comfortably travel in the back seat and each have their own ash tray!

My Gran coupe has them, I think my R/T S/E has them as well.   :alan2cents:
