Mopar fan clutch

I have had this for about 15 years and not sure if it is a reproduction or original. Trying to figure out what it might be worth if I sell it. The fan can go with as they are already fastened together. Part number is 4095704 on the front of the clutch unit. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Any #s on the fan itself? I believe the clutch is the one that came with the Mopar Performance viscous fan package, that fan had 5 blades.

I never found a part number but I remember buying a mopar performance 5 bladed fan and clutch at the Mopar Nationals at Indy in 1996.
