I started out listing this for sale, but thought I'd look for some WIW advise first.  I have a friend who is pretty knowledgeable and he thought its in the $800-range. If its worth that much, its probably time to let it go.  I picked this up in a trade years ago and never did anything with it, other than getting a repro seat.  I had planned on cleaning it up and hanging it for display but I really don't have the room and could use the money for the cars.  Thoughts on value?

Thanks!

Thanks - One of these days I'll crawl out of the stone age and check out FB.... maybe:)

Yep, it sounds like a lot of the parts are being sold on FB marketplace now.

Please let me know how signing up goes. Last time I started to sign up they wouldn't let me do it without giving them my cell number.  I said no to the cell number and they wouldn't let me join.  I get enough strange calls on my cell phone without giving it to Facebook.   :haha:

@floorit426 & I were parked right next to one chained in front of an Antique store at the Niles car show a month ago.

It was fully restored and had a price of $2,500.00 on it.   :unbelievable:
Was Green too.

Facebook is actually for adults--the teenagers all use Twitter and Instagram. In the last year that I have been selling my collection off I sold one part on ebay--a hood and paid 10% sales commission + 3 % for pay pal. I had $8000.00 worth of parts on there. I sold over $13,000.00 worth of parts on Facebook with NO commission but still had to pay 3% pay pal. There are so many sites that target specific groups. It makes selling pretty easy.  You should give it a shot--just don't get tied up in all the politics and drama which most car sites will not post anyway.

Agreed. I just sold a ton of parts as well and only got a couple of interested parties from Craigslist and the Forums combined. 90% of what I sold was through facebook.

@Floyd  I'm in to those bikes.  Let me know what you decide to do with it.

My buddy is really into these bikes in fact he has a few sets of the entire collection, if it needs totally restored including chrome, paint, stickers, correct tires and seat $800 is about the going price, BTW....there was a complete set at Mecum that was part of the Juliano Collection and they were bringing $10K each but a Mod top A body barracuda also brought $410K so I wouldn't use that as a accurate guide for pricing.

If Floyd doesn't want to sell it Cody, you can always buy a 1/8 scale model of it   I certainly didn't know these existed :unbelievable:
