My 1970 440 cuda has a Milodon 7 quart  oil pan and it's only 2" off the ground. Rather than replace the pan I was thinking of increasing ride height because the car is running well with the increased size pan. I could use new rear springs and was thinning of a Hodchkis adjustable system. Any suggestions on a less expensive system? I'm running headers so replacement of the pan would be a nightmare removing the exhaust.

Milodon makes a wide road race pan with similar capacity which is far better for clearance / street use , that is the route I would take for sure even though it will be more work .
