Brake cable removal - the saga continues

Yes Alan I could probably pull the knob off the end. No idea how I would put it back on so it would hold though

Wait a minute....you're working with a 1971+ cable ? Both ends are the same, just turn the whole cable around :dunno:

The housing is the same on either end. The cable itself has this bend in it. My original cable was the same. Can't turn it around or I would have    :haha:

They are not supposed to be bent  :alan2cents: If the bend works in your favor, straighten the bent end out and bend the other end. :dunno:

Not to mention...once there's tension on the cable....she ain't going to be bent for long :alan2cents:
