Disc conversion, think ssbc sent wrong rotors...

Started my front disc conversion yesterday.  When i put the rotors on the outside bearing race is at least.300 to far in.  The outer bearing cannot slide far enough down the spindle to make contact.

I am assuming these rotors would be for the disc spindles? Can someone advise me if the disc spindles are indeed shorter than the drum spindles?
