Hot street handling performance on other makes of cars tend to have front wheel rates in the 150-250 pound range.  To get to that spot in a Mopar, you are looking at .96-1.06 sized t-bars. Mopar guys are certainly limited with a lack of range in t-bar selection with which to really fine tune the handling characteristics and they are very costly when you do decide to change them. Custom t-bars are going to lighten you checking account to the tune of $800.  Compared that to other makes who can change rates in 50# increments and pick up springs for around $60-80 each and it becomes very easy to experiment with what yields the best results.

All depends on perceptions and expectations. I've seen guys complain that factory suspension set ups in Mopars were too stiff. Although I have seen complaints they are too soft. If you are happy with the ride of your set up, then by all leave it as is and don't mess with it.

I am running 1.03" t-bars and Mopar extra heavy duty leaf springs, 1 1/8" front and 3/4" rear sway bars. I haven`t pushed it hard on a track yet but pretty neutral handling at "street" speeds.
