Spare tire question

I running 18" Billet Specialties wheels on the rear and 17" on the front with Wilwood disc brakes all around. I don't have a spare tire or wheel in the trunk. I really should have something. Will a standard Mopar 15" steel wheel fit over those brakes? If not what are you using over Wilwood disc brakes?

same here, no spare!
I have 17" rims because my 15" would not fit with my SSBC brakes. Probably should just buy 1 more rim

Yeah, I'm wondering if I can use a modern spare from a car with the same bolt pattern?
