Stiffening plates

My Hemi's have those.      I think the 440+6 4 speeds got them too?

I'm going to figure some thing out for the snubber plate, I doubt any one makes it.

Yes, that's the snubber plate.
I have one, but I didn't weld it on yet.
Someone makes them.
I was thinking I got mine from Scott at Harms. That was quite a while ago though, and it makes sense that Resto Rick would have them.  Scott stopped carrying several of the items that Domingo makes, and Rick carries most of them now.

I know Scott is a forum member here.

Can the spring plate reinforcements still be installed​ with rear torque boxes on the car?

If I remember correctly, the square washers under the bump stop are supposed to be painted yellow, and their purpose is to space the bumper upward to allow less suspension travel before hitting the bump stop. 
Less suspension travel was desired due to larger diameter tires.

Yes. Torque box and plates were a standard option.

I will let you know this week when I get my plates. The front plates were tack welded for additional strength.

@Brads70  alright, I went and looked under the car to see if it was there and sure enough it was.  Here's what the Hemi snubber plate looks like.  Not the prettiest welds, but I think they are factory.
