Torsion Bar Adjusting Screw

Has anyone seen or know why the difference in these 70 E body lower control arm torsion bar adjusting screws.
The first picture is what I have seen on every 70 E body I have done or saw, H bolt original
Why the difference in the second picture and no H bolt and longer in length in third picture
Different year or aftermarket??

I believe moog sold those, as part of their  problem solver line of extra offset, bushings,  extra length  bolt,  etc.
Or could just be aftermarket.
All mine are like  your H bolt.
