Torsion Bar Grease Question

Hey guys,

I'm going to be putting the torsion bars back in the Challenger and I was wondering what type of grease to pack in the rear of the torsion bar?  If I remember correctly what I removed the grease it was very thick.  Thanks

I've used synthetic wheel bearing grease.

I just use bearing grease as well. I have a theory that thicker is better so it doesn't drip on a hot day.

Any thoughts on which brands would be the thickest?  I thought the same thing.  I live in south Florida where it can get a little hot from time to time.  So I want to get the thickest.  Thanks

Get a good quality name brand and you'll be fine.
