I only see a couple options for upper control arm bushings.
Are AC Delco bushings any better than Moog?
Also, it seems that AC Delco has discontinued the standard bushing and only sells the offset bushing, which I don't want.  The AC Delco literature says offset is optional.
If I installed these bushings with zero offset, will either raise or lower the mounting points of the upper control arm.

What is people's experience with these bushings?

Now my personal opinion based on experience and use: Moog is junk.
I also don't want to use urethane bushings

I've always used Moog. I try to find the ones that are US made from E-bay....Joe

The offset bushings solve two different problems...The most obvious would be a suspension that's out of spec and needs more adjustment for proper alignment...Option two is what most go for..Using the offset to gain more caster and that in turn provides more high speed stability with no wandering...I've got the Moog offset bushings and have installed them for the max caster setting...Here's the old standby illustration from years ago...

Before you settle on a standard bushing, make sure you understand the advantages of the offset bushings. They improve handling quite a bit with the ability to increase caster.

Offsets are the way to go. The increased caster is a real benefit for these old cars at no extra cost or downside. I usually trust ACDelco but haven't used their bushings so I can't comment on quality.
