Thanks, I'll copy that and keep it on hand.

Looks like it's picked a good time to get caught up on this beauty.
Solid and top notch build.
Best of luck on your fireup.

Thank you.

Still picking up small items for the engine and finishing up the wiring in the engine bay. Who knows how long it's been since this Barracuda has been off the streets. (Decades?) It's hard to believe that next month will be a new beginning for this particular Barracuda. Maybe around Christmas?

Brought out the Shaker Scoop and installed the hot/cold air doors. The cable attachment point was a bit too small for the cable, so I took a file and opened it up a bit. Once the cable was a snug fit, I put a couple drops of glue to hold it in place.

More parts arrived. Reverse switch, exhaust pipe hangers, carb linkage, idle solenoid wire bracket and starter relay guard.

The engine bay wiring harness has been installed. To add... clutch/fan, idle solenoid, power steering pump, vacuum hose's, drive shaft.

The left side exhaust manifold looks off to me with the long casting line at the top.

I thought the left side manifold looks like the attached.

I found those exhaust manifolds at the MO-KAN Mopar swap meet years ago. $150. The seller said he took them off his Barracuda. At the time I was putting a 440 together for my 1971 Challenger, so as long as they worked on the 440, I didn't give it a second though. I did notice the casting line and just thought maybe they were just an updated casting.
