WOW!! She looks great! Have a great show season. I myself am waiting for April for the "Spring Fling" here in SoCal at Woodley Park in Van Nuys, Ca.  Thanks,   Al

Beautiful!  This is very similar to @Sleepychallenger's '70 and he is also in FLA.  Although, he just left for deployment to the Middle East again and will not get a chance to get his engine put together for a while.

Hey looks great...is this a recent purchase, or a completion of a restoration or just a day spent cleaning ???....

Hi,

I had numerous items to change, getting her back to 70s standards. Just did the Carb, Intake, Rad (in and out waiting on a correct date stamped replacement/this is for a 383), W/P, fan (thanks for the fan stamp, looks amazing!). All back to what she should be. I still have to have the numbers correct alternator I picked up rebuilt, would like to kick it up from 50 to 70... and I'm still looking for a starter, date prior to 10/4/69 that doesn't cost $750.00 on ebay and would still need a rebuild.

Just cleaning her up for now, once the alt and maybe starter get done it will be back under the hood again.

That burnt orange is really nice, it's almost to the point I'm not disappointed I didn't find this exact setup in yellow. Really stands out next to all the plum.

Beautiful car!  Is that K5 paint in base coat/clear coat?

Hi,

That's FK5, not sure about the clear coat though. She does have about seven coats of F11 on her.

Did you F11 the hood blackout or work around it?  I'm trying to decide.

That looks a ton better than FY1 to me anyway. Change the rad cap when you swap the rad out too.

Hi,

I used F11 on everything, paint, hood, roof, chrome, glass, interior and even the plastic.

I've had no issues with F11 on any of these parts, matter of fact I just picked up another gallon, I was almost out. After seeing the results on my car, my brother is now using it on his 70 roadrunner.
