Well you're bound to have a few issues on your initial 'shakedown' drives. Glad they were all relatively small issues.

Water pump out and can see why I had leaks, inner lip nearly gone in one spot.

Not sure if you are going for all OEM look. If not, I would consider hanging your exhaust similar to the newer vehicles. This will significantly reduce the drone resonance from exhaust.
Not an ebody but the rubber is from a Dodge truck.
