I added pictures of a corner and the center piece I'm in the process of setting the gaps on the trunk lid, and rear bumper to corner of quarter panel and was looking at the original bumper filler panel that only came on cuda's and challengers i believe at the start of the 1973 model year which is my car. i'm deciding to throw in the original rear bumper filler panel with he car and decided i might as well get to painting it soon since i've been taking it on and off while setting the gaps near the bumper. I can't find anything on paint for it online. :ebay:  Any help appreciated.

First off, good luck getting those fillers to fit well. I'd just go to a paint shop and go through their colour chip books and pick one that's as close a silver as you need. Don't forget the flex agent or the new paint will pop of easily. I left them off my 74 Challenger. Good luck

I sanded mine down and painted it semi gloss black to contrast with the car's white paint, but I believe originally it was argent.
I have a couple more on a shelf in the garage. If I get out there I'll take a look at them. Let you know.

Sorry, the spares I have of the centre piece are painted. One brown, one burnt orange. Looks silver underneath around the cracks, but likely sanded before paint so can't really tell ya anything useful.

The Challenger had an argent painted tail panel.  All three rear rubber fillers were painted argent to match the tailpanel.

The Cuda fillers were just left the natural gray color of the rubber they were molded in.(no paint)  The front fillers are the same way, no paint, just the natural gray rubber.

IMO, painting them will never look correct.  On my Challenger, there was some discoloration of the rubber but overall, the fillers were in decent shape.  I ended up wet sanding the fillers with a fine grit sandpaper which took the brown discoloration out and left the natural gray rubber behind.

It didn't matter if it was a Cuda(black tail panel) or Barracuda.(body colored tail panel)  They were just left unpainted.

You can't find paint to match because they were never painted  :alan2cents:
