It's soon going to be warm enough to install a new rear window and windshield on my car. The question is though, what size butyl tape did everyone use when installing that brand of windows?

I understand too low and the trim won't sit flush, too high and the wipers can catch. I think I read AMD is the only one that's the correct thickness of factory and since nothing was messed with really in those channels then I should be good as far as lining up.

I replaced my original factory glass using 3M 5/16 inch butyl tape.  The trim fitted perfectly.
