1970 Challenger rear bumper splash shield question

Can anyone tell me if the splash shield under the top of the rear bumper is very visible?  I am thinking of just painting it matte black.

It is partly visible however I don't think you would really notice it being matte black.

@ksierens   It shows more than you think. Would depend on what color the car is. Would also depend on how original you want your car. I wouldn't want my FC7 Challenger to have a black panel.  :alan2cents:
