have found places to soda blast the shell.
I have removed all under coating,
should I cut out the rusted lower quarters first ?
repair when it returns, or install the lower quarter repair before the dip

think dipping would be better ????????????????
Are there any places near Nashville, Tn
don't mind hauling out of state, closer is better..
Thanks

Chemical dip is not really in your best interest unless you can get the whole shell E coated or dipped in primer afterwards....The chemical will stay in all sort of areas and continue to eat away at the car.
I would possibly cut the small rusted sections out, the the entire car media blasted and epoxy primed, then do all your repair work. :alan2cents:
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

I agree with Alan, you can do your filler work over epoxy primer.   :alan2cents:

Alan convinced me to media blast my car, best decision I made.  Find someone who wont warp your car and have the car media blasted.   :alan2cents:

As for the rust, sorry, I have no useful input about cut now vs later.
