I am pretty much ready t start putting the fenders and doors back on.  Am I better off to put the fenders on and then the doors, or the doors and then the fenders?
Is it easier to put all the guts back in the doors before or after they go back on the car?
Thanks.

I do doors first, they're lighter if they are gutted.

:iagree: Doors first. Easier to protect the door/fender gap from rubbing if you install the doors first. Also easier to work with the door hinges with the fenders off. Get your door/jamb alignment set and the door height with the quarter panel set. Then the fender is pretty easy.

Remember to preload the door to account for the guts weight. If I recall correctly, the #52lbs seems like what was quoted. Otherwise, if you set the door/quarter gap nice while the doors are empty, you won't be happy after you re-install the guts. The doors go first of course because you can't move the 1/4 panels but you can move the fenders. Good luck
