Front and Rear License Plate Brackets

Any ideas if I have '71 Barracuda Front and Rear License Plate Brackets?  Also, are they painted or clear?

So the bottom left plate lines up with the holes on the tail panel.  The bottom right look like from another car. I found a marking on the back side of the bottom right plate.  See pic.   I think the top one goes to the front.  Still not sure on color?

The bottom right is not an E body . The other two look right. Top one look pretty bent up though.
