Get the lead out

Getting ready to do my rear quarter panels. What's the best way to get the lead out of the bottom seam without hurting the rockers?

respirator, torch, wire brush....

Yup: Propane torch will do.

   And wear a mask because that stuff can mess your lungs up if you are not careful.     It will come out easy with a bit of heat.
