Got some barely used fenders...year?

Ok fender gurus. Are these fenders originally '71? It would appear someone had patched the slots in front. They're in spectacular shape, and a great find, so I'm not complaining. Just wondering what year they may be. The left is virtually identical.

I think you have an over the counter replacement fender not a production line.
I say that because of the welded on nut and the slot.

Here are pics from my 71.
The passenger side was replaced due to a fender bender sometime before I got the car in 1990.
The driver's side is the original.
