Licence plate photo

Could some one  please post a photo  of the goose neck  with the back  license plate up on a 70  barracuda so I can see if I have the correct hard wear  holding it in to place at the monment it has 4 star head or Philip head.screws just not sure if this is correct

:thank you anlauto I have the four white plastic pits and hardware to hold the plate to the frame .But the tube that goes into the fuel tank is the one I am not sure about.if they are small bolts or small screws thank for your speed of light response  chrees John

They should be a Phillips head screw. I've seen both, with or without a washer.
