Looking for Recommendations - Rallye Wheel Center Cap Paint

I need to paint a set of 70 Rallye wheel center caps in light textured argent. Can I get some recommendations? Have the rattle cans improved much or is a gun the best option?

Correct aluminum flake NOS Light Argent from a factory pack quart purchased in the 80s. This is laquer thru a gun. I have one sprayable quart left.
