Rear bumper bracket paint color? (70 Challenger)

These brackets appear to be black.  The front bumper brackets are body color (FC7).  I'm not attempting an OE restoration but I'm thinking if I'm going to be painting them anyways I might as well be accurate.  What's correct?

Satin or flat black , not gloss

  Chrysler calls out semi-gloss black which is close to satin black. Very few parts were painted flat black.
