Rear windshield clips

I am test fitting the rear windshield trim on my 1970 Challenger. in the clip package there are two odd clips i haven't figured out yet. Can someone tell me how to use these two clips.

They screw in on the bottom (second from the outside on either side of the windshield) with a little rubber piece that seems to hold the windshield up in the right position. See pictures attached of my car.
