I've noticed that the 1970 E-Bodies have a decent size hole in the rocker end caps that was omitted in later years (see attached example pic); I know my 1974 did not have them originally.  I'm replacing both end caps on mine and would like to add these so I have a nice straight shot to spray cavity wax and frame coating down the whole length of each rocker.  I'll seal them with a rubber plug when done.

Can anybody confirm what size these holes are?  I figure if I'm going to put holes in them, I may as well at least try to make them look stock!  Thanks in advance!

Are you doing an OE restoration?  If not, I wouldn't sweat it, it's covered up by the inner fender shield, once installed, you'll never see the hole again.  If you're spraying "Honey Coat", make the whole as big as you need for the wand.
