Tailight panel paint color.

This is on a 74 Barracuda with the ralleye package. Should the panel be black or should it be the same color of the car. Also what is the correct color of black.

The "rallye package" was a Dodge thing NOT a Plymouth.... Your 74 Barracuda BH23 would have a body colour tail light panel, while your 74 'Cuda BS23 would have a flat black tail light panel. 

There's NO option package on a 1974 BH23 Barracuda that would give you anything but a body coloured tail panel.

Thanks for the video. I'm really torn on what to do. I'm kinda building a clone of my dads 74 Cuda. It was rallye red with a full white stripe. Originally a 318/3 speed car. Mine is a Barracuda in rallye red with a black stripe. I want to keep it as original as possible but those are the two things I'm torn on.

Just do it. It is only paint and can always be changed.
