Valance removal

I sit easier to remove the front or rear valance on a 70 challenger. Are there any welds I will have to break

There should be NO welds unless someone has been in there doing shoddy repairs before

easy so long as the bolts arn't rusted solid.

do the rear bumperettes have to be taken off for the valance removal im looking to do it tomorrow
