What is this behind the Rear Floor Pan/Under Rear Seat?

This is for a 71 Barracuda.  When I purchased the car, there wasn't anything hanging off of this.  I was reviewing my Chassis and Body Service manual with no luck.  Any ideas?

I believe that the bracket that the solid brake line connects with the flex line goes there.
