What is this bracket thing for in back window clip set?

Yes clips and screws I know what they are for, those 2 bracket things in the picture is what I didn't know their purpose.  :slapme5:

@krazy931  I believe he's asking about the 2 pieces beside the screws. Those are for what Alan said,
