What to do with ECU box bolt holes??

Changed the ECU dizzy out and put a true dual point (with Petronix) in, so no longer need the ECU box, but I'll have two bolt holes, any ideas on what I can do? Rubber plugs? plastic snap in grommets?

Do you have any touch up paint ?

I just threaded the bolt back in the hole.  I'm sure there are more attractive solutions but this worked easily.

I was just going to say you could use some sort of paintable sealer to fill the holes as smooth as you could then just brush on some body colour 
Or put tape on the backside, hit them with a little filler and some hand sanding....followed by touch up paint
