What to use for a seal on stainless drip rail to body?

What is everyone using? Foam with sicky tape? Same for window foam seal molding?

DMT sells a foam kit for the drip rail trim to body and the weatherstrip channel to body. One roll of foam is adhesive backed and the other isn't.  My 73 used adhesive backed foam in both places but I guess some years didn't.  I just used a little weatherstrip adhesive to hold it in place.
