all trunk floors are pre-pierced for the RH hanger - a fender tag with N41 would give the assembly line "the instruction" to pierce the holes for the LH hanger

319 = 3/19/70 "SCHEDULED" for second week of AAR production - I'd consider that EARLY
(the 319 cars that I have broadcast sheets for were ACTUALLY "In Plant/In Process" 3/12-3/16 "EARLY")
