'71 cuda 340 convertible in Moparty Car Corral

This '71 cuda convertible was for sale in the Moparty car corral last weekend.  The hood was closed and not much information on the for sale sign as i recall.  The car had some patina, torn top and front seats, automatic.  New repro polyglas tires though!  $165K.

 Interesting info.  I saw it in the pictures posted by the auto archeologist, and was hoping for more info about it.
i.e. auto, engine , cuda or barracuda?

$165K is a "I don't really want to sell it price" fully restored maybe, but it's still a poor colour to bring TOP DOLLAR
