73 Charger SE

Guy here in town has a 73 Charger SE project that he is wanting to sell.
I looked at it the other day just for the heck of it. It is a pretty decent body.
Carpet is out of it and floor pans are good, does not look to of been wrecked at anytime in the past.
I could not get in the trunk to see what the trunk pan looked like.
It had a 440 & auto in it. The trans is not a number match to the car.
The motor is all apart and I have no idea why or what all it would need for a rebuild.
There is some light surface rust in few spots on the body, but does not look to be thru the metal anywhere.
The front seats and the rear tail light panel are missing - cant tell if more is missing or not.
I was looking at it with a flashlight in a storage building without electricity so i could of easily missed something.
He priced it to me at 4500. I did not try to negotiate it any with him.
