Still haven't heard back from my friend--I just sent him a message on facebook incase his email address is no good anymore. I haven't talked to him in over a year.

I finally heard back from my friend in PA--YES this is his old Cuda. He has been very busy on a major project( he is a electrical contractor) and has had several eye surgeries for a detached retina. That is why it took so long to get back to me. He said he saw a PA inspection sticker still on the windshield. The guy that bought it was of European decent and lived in Florida.
